Description
At Finca la Fuente you step into an oasis of tranquillity. Situated on a spacious plot with stunning views of green valleys and the imposing Montgó mountain. Surrounded by olive trees, palms and cacti, the luxury of tranquillity and complete privacy, while the beach and the village of Moraira is only a 7-minute drive away.
The finca has been completely renovated and decorated by interior designer Astrid Elisee. It has authentic details like high ceilings and fireplace, the walls are limewash in earthy tones, natural materials have been used like heavy linen curtains, oak-wood kitchen and marble tops for the bathrooms. The decoration is luxurious simplicity with the right details and carefully chosen vintage finds.
The 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, there are many cosy sitting areas, a covered outdoor area of dining table for 8, a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and large wicker umbrellas, a large 5 by 10 metre pool and outdoor shower. Near the pool a large covered outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ, The Bastard, spacious dining area and beautiful views towards the Montgo. The boules court is surrounded by olive trees and atmospheric lighting.
It is the perfect family home that can easily be enjoyed by 2 families. A lovely place to recharge and make memories!

Met 6 volwassenen en 1 baby verbleven wij 10 dagen in Finca la Fuente. Een droom! De Finca is nog mooier dan op de foto’s (hoe is het mogelijk).. en het contact met Kim van Casa Unlimited heel fijn en persoonlijk.

Met 6 volwassenen en 1 baby verbleven wij 10 dagen in Finca la Fuente. Een droom! De Finca is nog mooier dan op de foto’s (hoe is het mogelijk).. en het contact met Kim van Casa Unlimited heel fijn en persoonlijk.
In de villa met 3 ruime slaapkamers en allen een eigen badkamer heerst een serene rust. Er is een bijgelegen Casita waar slaapkamer en badkamer nummer 4 zich bevinden. De keuken in de Finca is van alle gemakken voorzien en u kunt dineren op 3 mooie plekjes, alle eettafels met plaats voor 8 personen binnen, op het terras en beneden aan het zwembad waar ook een top bbq in zit. Aan het zwembad is een heerlijke lounge gelegenheid en in da avond genoten wij van de gezellig verlichten jeu de boules baan.. zo gezellig! Aan te raden is een auto te huren omdat de prachtige Finca wat verder op de berg ligt. Dit wil niet zeggen dat de Finca ver van Moraira ligt. Met de auto rijd je in 7 minuten naar het gezellige centrum, strand en ruime keuze uit supermarkten (Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona en Peppe la Sal). In 1 woord fantastisch! |
