In addition to renting out luxury villas and apartments , our services also include managing them. For that, we do the following: we run inspection rounds twice a month and offer emergency solutions when you, the owner, are not on site.

- Locks, windows and alarms
- Shutters and blinds
- Leakage and electricity check
- Flushing toilets and taps
- Ventilation of the house
- Swimming pool check, and if required turn on pump during visit
You can also contact us in case of an emergency, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Think of: storm damage, alarm problems and acute leaks. Price on request.
Optional:
- Taking care of minor repairs (cost of execution not included)
- Arranging cleaning (cost of execution not included)
- Collecting and forwarding mail
- Taking care of plants (indoors and outdoors watering)
- Pest control
- Presence during work in or around the house
We at Casa Unlimited think hospitality is important. So how nice is it to welcome your tenants/guests and show them around their temporary dream location?
Unlimited Meet & Greet:
- Reception of tenants/guests € 42.50 each time (up to max. 60 minutes after arrival time)
- Welcoming guests
- Grand tour in and around the house with explanation of all systems and house rules
- Handing over of keys
Only possible in combination with Unlimited Management
The subscription is concluded for a minimum period of 1 year and is tacitly renewed. We apply a notice period of 1 month. All prices mentioned are including administration costs and excluding 21% VAT.
